This 12-week group training challenge at Jiva Fitness 2.0 (1005 Palmer St, Wilson PA) is built for busy adults who are tired of starting over every January.

Step 2: On the next page, choose a time for a short group info session where we’ll walk you through the details and how to grab a spot.
Coach-Led Group Training: Structured workouts so you never have to guess what to do.
Simple Nutrition Guidance: Realistic guidelines you can live with (no crash diets or magic shakes).
Accountability & Community: A supportive group and coaches who notice when you disappear.
Start & End Measurements: Track real progress – not just the number on the scale.
You’ll know exactly what to do every week from January 26 to mid-April 2026.
The full 12-week challenge is $197.
If you show up and complete the challenge requirements, we apply your $197 as a credit toward continued membership at Jiva.
That means:
Do the work → your transformation is effectively free.
Quit on yourself and disappear → that’s the only way you “lose” your $197.
The requirements are reasonable:
Attend at least [3] sessions per week (we’ll outline the schedule at the info session)
Complete check-in on social media
